How do I get started?

Getting started is quick and easy. Simply fill out this form to get started or inquire about one of our standard bundles on our pricing page. Feel free to reach out to us directly at -- we look forward to hearing from you soon!

How long does it take?

Usually, projects take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on which bundle and/or add-ons you require. We do our best to complete your work as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality. The #1 thing that determines project length is how quickly you respond to any requests for information we have.

What will you need from me?

Not much at all! We will ask you to complete a short branding questionnaire to better understand your brand and your preferences. After that, the only information we will need will be any images or text that you want included on the new site. If you don’t have any or would rather add them yourself, that’s not a problem. We will also source high quality images for your site as well. Finally, if you would like, you can provide us with links to websites that are similar to the look and feel that you want for yours.

I just want one of your services. Do I have to buy a whole bundle?

Not at all -- Jumpanzee offers all bundled services individually. Simply fill out this form, and we will contact you for more information on your project.

What payment methods do you accept?

Jumpanzee accepts multiple payment methods. We use Wave for invoicing, so you can easily pay with your credit card by following the link on your invoice. However, we also accept payment through PayPal and Stripe.

What will I have to do to get my website live after receiving my final website files?

All you have to do is upload your files to your hosting server, and your site will be live! If you need any assistance with this, please let us know, and we will gladly assist you. Don’t want to have to deal with hosting and/or maintenance? Let us take care of it!
